At Brain & Bodily Injury Centers, we aim for your complete satisfaction. Below is our policy regarding refunds for membership fees and services.
1. Membership Fees & Subscriptions
Recurring membership payments are non-refundable for the period already elapsed.
You may cancel to avoid future renewals, but you will not receive refunds for past paid periods.
2. One-Time Setup / Onboarding Fees
The one-time setup fee is generally non-refundable once onboarding or diagnostic work has begun.
In rare cases of service not initiated, we may consider a partial refund on a discretionary basis.
3. Exceptional Cases
If you believe you qualify for a refund for exceptional reasons (e.g. technical issues, medical ineligibility), contact us at [email protected]
within 14 days of payment with details. We will review and respond within 14 business days.
4. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds will be returned via the same payment method originally used, unless otherwise agreed.
